Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through https://global.sztrht.com when you submit an RFQ, datasheet request, or engineering inquiry. It is intended for business-to-business communications with OEMs, integrators, and procurement teams.
Information we collect
Depending on the form you submit, we may collect name, company, country, email, WhatsApp number, product interest, application, project stage, quantity, technical requirements, target SOP date, Incoterms preference, and NDA willingness.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to RFQs, send datasheets or technical packages, coordinate engineering reviews, and manage export sales follow-up. We do not sell personal data.
Form delivery
Website form submissions may be processed by Web3Forms (or an equivalent form delivery service) and delivered to TRHT sales and engineering contacts. Direct email to sales@sztrht.com is also accepted.
Retention & requests
Business inquiry records are retained as needed for sales follow-up and project continuity. To update or request deletion of your contact details, email sales@sztrht.com.
